How to search resumes?
After login to your employer dashboard, Click Shortlist Candidates in a single click. You will see the search option where you can enter the desired skills, salary details and location. You will see the list of candidates matching your requirement
If no candidates matching your requirement, you can use our new concept of HR-Connect from your employer dashboard.
After clicking HR-Connect from your employer dashboard, you can post your requirement in the HR-Connect page. Our website is being viewed by more than 3000 candidates per day and everyday new candidates are being added from all locations in India. Therefore after posting your requirement, the candidates matching your required skills, salary and location will get auto generated mails.
The respective candidates will connect to you through our HR-Connect from candidate dashboard. You can view the candidate profiles from your HR-Connect page and chat with them.
By using our new concept, HR-Connect you can discuss the candidate skills and other required information online with the candidates. After initial round of screening through online using our HR-Connect, you can take decision whether to call the candidate for face to face interview or not? By using this concept, you can filter the candidates not matching your requirement instead of calling all the candidates for interview and spending the whole day. This will also helpful for candidates by not attending irrelevant interviews.
You can Add your career page in our website. Candidates viewing our website will be directed to your career page. You can view the resumes whenever there is a requirement
