Attending incoming and outgoing calls.
Transferring of calls to various departments.
Attending to and Following-Up on Customer Queries.
Addressing Customer queries at the front desk.
Conversion of queries to possible goals
Assisting the sales team if required.
Distributing inwards documents received.
Replying to queries received from customers after seeking responses from the concerned team.
