Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
Greeting the visitors at the office. Registering their names and contact details.
Maintenance of important documents. English Verbal/Speaking & written communication skills.
# English Typing speed with accuracy more than 30 WPM.
# Basic & advance excel knowledge (Summation, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Average, Percentage, Min, Max, V Look Up, H Look up, Pivot, Graph etc) is Mandatory
# E-mail drafting skills.
Work Timings:- 9am to 6 pm or 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (2nd & 4th Saturdays & all Sundays would be off )
1. Placing order the required Stationary & Housekeeping materials.
2. Issue Stationary and Housekeeping materials and keep track record in excel for issued materials.
3. Maintain the files like: Electricity, Telephone bills and Water bills etc.
4. Supervising the work of Housekeeping and assigning work for them.
5. Maintain daily to daily admin activities.
